Return and Refund Policy
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns or exchanges for another size (if available) within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, you must notify us of your intention to return your order by writing to info@stellatures.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Return requests received after this timeframe, or without prior notice, will be rejected by our team.
To be accepted, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
There are some situations where partial refunds or no refunds are given:
– Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
– Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery
Please note: Returns from countries outside the EU must be shipped via a private courier of your choice (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.) and must have a commercial invoice attached to the outside of the package.
Additionally, local duties and taxes may apply depending on the destination country. You will be responsible for paying these duties and taxes to the courier upon shipment. Any unpaid duties or taxes will be deducted from your refund. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and to inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method. We aim to complete your refund within 5 business days.
Delays in refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet:

Please ensure all returned products are in unused, resalable condition, with all tags attached. Package the product well to avoid damage during shipping.
To avoid customs charges, we strongly recommend writing “RETURNED GOODS” on the outside of your package.
Return shipping costs will be at your expense.
Depending on your location, the time it takes to receive your exchanged item may vary.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that your return will arrive.
